Pre-Pay for Initial Intake and Consult:
Pre-pay $250 for the initial intake and consultation.
Schedule "Start" Visit for Ongoing Treatment:
If you decide to proceed with treatment, schedule a separate "start" visit begin your ongoing treatment plan. The cost is $200 per month, billed on the 10th or 25th.
In person visit requirement:
OUD/MAT patients being prescribed Suboxone must be seen in person within 6 months of ongoing treatment
Chronic pain patients on full agonist opioids must be seen in person to establish care prior to any prescription
Complete a Drug Screen:
A UDS or Saliva drug test must be completed before a prescription can be issued. Drug tests orders through established labs such as Sonora Quest, Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp*.
Prescription Process:
Once the drug screen is completed (depending on results), the prescription will e-prescribed to your local pharmacy.
Monthly Subscription Fee:
Redemption Medical does not accept medical insurance. Patients pay for services through a monthly subscription fee of $200. Medicare and Medicaid patients are not candidates for the direct care subscription model. However, Medicare advantage patients do have the option if this provider is out of network and the patients signs the redemption medical financial service agreement.
Additional Fees:
No extra fees for additional visits with Dr. Riske.
Unlimited communication via text, email, video, or phone.
Patients are responsible for the cost of Suboxone medication and must pay the dispensing pharmacy directly, including any shipping fees if applicable.
*Drug testing is an out-of-pocket cost paid directly to the lab by the patient or through patient insurance if applicable. If patient does not have insurance, we can provide a urine or saliva drug test direct to the patient at a discounted cost (typically only $20).

Doctor’s visits (in person or virtual)
Unlimited texting and emails
Plan of care
Prescription management
Risk mitigation monitoring
Referral requests (for step care including Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Interventional pain management, Neurosurgery, Pain psychology or Social work). Patient is responsible for the cost of services by the specialist, but there is no cost for Dr Riske to take the time to write or send or call in the referral on behalf of the patient.
